Products

Are all products in the store ecological?

Yes, all our products are carefully selected based on ecological standards. Each product meets the standards for sustainable development, is biodegradable, free of harmful chemicals and often certified with labels such as the EU Ecolabel, Vegan Society or FSC. We make sure that they are environmentally friendly and healthy.

Are your products recyclable?

Yes, most of our products and their packaging are designed for recycling or reuse. You can find detailed information about the possibilities of processing in the product descriptions.

Are the products tested on animals?

No, none of our products are tested on animals. We only support cruelty-free brands that respect animal rights.

Do you offer products without allergens?

Yes, in our range you will find products that are suitable for people with sensitive skin or allergies. Details about ingredients can be found in the product descriptions.

Orders and Shipping

How long does delivery take?

For orders placed before 12:00 we offer same day delivery in Rotterdam and Schiedam. For other locations in the Netherlands the delivery time is 1-3 business days.

What are the shipping costs?

We offer free shipping for orders over 50 €. For smaller orders, shipping costs are 6.99 €.

Can I track my package?

Yes, after your order has been shipped you will receive an email with a track & trace number that allows you to track your package in real time.

Can I pick up my order in person?

Currently we do not offer a personal pickup option. We are working on implementing this option in the future.

Returns and complaints

Can I return a product?

Yes, you have 14 days to return a product, as long as it is unused and in its original packaging. Simply contact us via email for detailed instructions.

Can I return an opened product?

For hygiene reasons, opened products cannot be returned unless they are damaged or do not match your order.

How do I file a complaint?

If a product is damaged or does not meet your expectations, please send us an email within 7 days of receipt at contact@eco-box.nl . Include photos of the damaged product and your order number.

Are there any discount codes available?
