Loyalty Program Regulations “Eco-Box Club”
§ 1. General Provisions

These regulations describe the conditions for participation in the loyalty program “Eco-Box Club” (hereinafter: “Program”), organized by WilczeK Enterprises, located at Schiedamseweg 220B, 3025AN Rotterdam, registered in the trade register under number 88937461 and with VAT number NL004721697B15 (hereinafter: “Organizer”), operating in accordance with the applicable rules in the Netherlands.

The Program is intended for both private individuals (consumers) and entrepreneurs who make purchases in the web shop, accessible via eco-box.nl (hereinafter: “Shop”).

Participation in the Program is voluntary and free of charge. By registering, the Participant confirms that he/she has taken note of the contents of these regulations and agrees to the conditions.

These regulations are effective from 13.04.2025 .
§ 2. Definitions
For the purposes of these regulations, the following definitions shall apply:

Shop – the online store operated by the Organizer, accessible via eco-box.nl .

Program – the loyalty program “Eco-Box Club”, in which Participants collect loyalty points for certain activities.

User Account – an individual account created by the Participant in the Store, through which access is gained to the Store's services and the Program.

Participant – a natural person (consumer) or an entrepreneur who has registered for the Program by creating a User Account and accepting these Regulations.

Points – loyalty points awarded by the Organizer to Participants for certain activities, which can be exchanged for rewards, discounts or other benefits.

Rewards/Discounts – benefits awarded to Participants in exchange for Points earned (e.g. coupons, free products or discounts on purchases).
§ 3. Conditions of participation

Participation in the Program is reserved for persons with an active User Account in the Store and acceptance of these Rules.

Registration for the Program occurs automatically upon creation of a User Account or by giving explicit consent (for example by checking a relevant option) while using the Store.

Each Participant may only have one User Account.

Participants must provide truthful and current information. If there are any changes, they must update this information in their account settings.
§ 4. Rules for awarding and processing Points
The Organizer awards Points to Participants based on the activities defined in the Store, for example:

Placing an order – The Participant will receive a set number of Points for each order that is successfully completed and paid for.

Creating an account in the Store – One-time bonus point upon registration.

Birthdays – Points will be awarded on the Participant's birthday after the date of birth has been verified in the account settings.

Likes/Follows on Social Media – Earn extra points for interacting with the store page on Facebook, Instagram or TikTok.
-
Newsletter Signup – One-time bonus when you sign up for the newsletter.
-
Daily Visit – A small number of Points for regularly visiting the Store.

Store Referral (Referral Program) – Points or discounts for both the Participant and the person referred by him.
The exact number of Points awarded for each activity is determined each time in the “Loyalty Program” section of the Store’s website and may be adjusted by the Organizer. Points will be automatically credited to the Participant’s account once the required conditions have been met (for example, after confirmation of purchase or consent to data processing).
In the event of a return or a justified complaint, where Points have already been awarded for a purchase, the Organizer reserves the right to reverse the awarded Points or reduce the number of Points on the Participant's account accordingly.
The Participant's Points overview and account balance are available in the customer panel on the Store's website.
§ 5. Redeeming Points for Rewards/Discounts
The saved Points can be exchanged by the Participant for selected Rewards or Discounts available in the Store's offering (for example, coupons, percentage discounts, free products or other benefits).

The number of Points required for a particular Reward or Discount is determined by the Organizer and may be changed at any time. The current information about this can be found in the loyalty section of the website and in the description of the specific Reward/Discount.

At the time of redemption, the Points balance in the Participant's account will be reduced by the required number of Points.

It is not possible to convert Points into a monetary value or to transfer them to another person or account (unless the Organizer explicitly decides otherwise).

Discounts granted through the Program cannot be combined with other ongoing promotions, discount codes or special offers in the Store, unless expressly permitted by the Organizer.
§ 6. VIP Tiers (Program Levels)
The Organizer is introducing additional program levels (so-called VIP Tiers), allowing Participants to earn additional benefits based on the total number of Points earned within a certain period.
Sample levels and associated Point Thresholds are as follows:

Bronze : from 0 points

Silver : from (for example) 750 Points

Gold : from (for example) 1500 Points

Platinum : from (for example) 5000 Points

Diamond : from (for example) 8000 Points
After reaching a certain VIP level, Participants can enjoy additional benefits, such as a higher conversion rate of purchases into Points, free shipping, early access to promotions, etc. The specific rights and conditions for climbing or demoting within the VIP levels are published on the Store's website.
The Organizer reserves the right to change the Point Thresholds, the names and the conditions of the VIP Tiers.
§ 7. Referral Program (Referrals)
The Organizer enables participation in a referral program, through which Participants can refer new customers to the Store by means of a unique code or link.

For each successful referral (i.e. when a new customer registers and makes a first purchase in the Store using the given code/link) the Participant may receive a certain discount or Points – according to the information stated on the Store's website.

The new customer who uses a referral may also qualify for a discount (for example 10% discount on the first purchase). The amount of this discount and the conditions for granting it are determined by the Organizer.

Referrals must be done in a fair and non-intrusive manner. It is prohibited to mass-distribute spam or referral links inappropriately (for example, on forums without the owner's permission).

The Organizer reserves the right to check the accuracy of referrals and to refuse to award discounts or Points if there appears to be abuse or actions contrary to the law or generally accepted standards of conduct.
§ 8. Complaints

Complaints regarding the functioning of the Program can be addressed to the e-mail address: office@eco-box.nl or in writing via the address of the Organizer.

A complaint must contain:

The full name (or company name) of the Participant,
-
Contact details,
-
A detailed description of the complaint.

The Organizer will handle the complaint within a maximum of 14 working days after receipt and inform the Participant of the outcome, either by email or in writing, depending on the Participant's preference.
§ 9. Data protection

The controller of the personal data of Participants is WilczeK Enterprises, located at Schiedamseweg 220B, 3025AN Rotterdam, contact: office@eco-box.nl .

The personal data are processed for the implementation of the Program, based on the necessity for the performance of an agreement and the legitimate interests of the Organizer.

The Participant has, among other things, the right to access, correct, delete, limit processing, transferability and object to the processing of his/her data.

§ 10. Final provisions

These rules are available free of charge on the Shop's website and at the Organizer's office.

In matters not specifically regulated in these regulations, Dutch law applies.

The Organizer reserves the right to amend these regulations in the event of changes in the law, changes in the Shop's offering or the introduction of new services. The amended version will enter into force 14 days after publication on the website. During this period, Participants have the option to unsubscribe if they do not accept the changes.

Any disputes relating to the implementation of the Program will be submitted to the competent courts in the district of the Organizer.
