🌱 Eco-Box Club Regulations

These regulations describe the conditions for participation in the loyalty program “Eco-Box Club” (hereinafter: Program ), organized by Eco-Box.NL BV , located at Schiedamseweg 220B, 3025AN Rotterdam, Chamber of Commerce number 98384643, VAT number NL868469993B01 (hereinafter: Organizer ).

Participation in the Program is voluntary and free of charge. By registering, the Participant agrees to these rules.

§ 1. Definitions

  • Shop – the Organizer's webshop, accessible via eco-box.nl.

  • Program – the loyalty program “Eco-Box Club”.

  • Participant – a consumer or entrepreneur with an account in the Store.

  • Points – loyalty points awarded by the Organizer for specific activities.

  • Rewards – discounts, gifts or benefits that can be redeemed for Points.

§ 2. Participation

  • Participation requires an active user account and agreement to these rules.

  • Each Participant may only have one account.

  • Data must be accurate and current.

§ 3. Awarding of Points

Points can be earned for:

  • Purchase of products (per completed order).

  • Registering an account (welcome bonus).

  • Birthday bonus (after verification of date of birth).

  • Follow Eco-Box on social media.

  • Newsletter registration.

  • Referral of new customers (referral program).

The number of points awarded per activity is published on the website. In the event of returns or cancellations, awarded points may be reversed.

§ 4. Redeeming Points

  • Points are redeemable for selected Rewards/Discounts.

  • Points cannot be converted into cash or transferred to third parties.

  • Discounts from the Program cannot be combined with other promotions, unless otherwise stated.

§ 5. VIP Tiers

The program has tiers (Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond). Each tier provides access to additional benefits such as free shipping or exclusive promotions. Current eligibility thresholds and benefits are listed on the website.

§ 6. Complaints

Complaints about the Program can be addressed to: office@eco-box.nl The Organizer will respond within 14 working days.

§ 7. Data protection

Personal data is processed by Eco-Box.NL BV in accordance with the Privacy Statement on eco-box.nl and the GDPR.

§ 8. Final provisions

  • Dutch law applies.

  • Disputes will be submitted to the competent court in Rotterdam.

  • The Organizer reserves the right to change these regulations.

The Eco-Box Club is more than a loyalty program – it's a community of people who want to embrace sustainable living.

🤝 Membership means:

  • Working together towards a greener future.

  • Actively share knowledge and tips about zero-waste and eco-friendly products.

  • Participation in (online) workshops, actions and community events.

🌱 Member Responsibilities:

  • Show respect for other members and their ideas.

  • Contribute to sustainability, for example by participating in clean-up actions or awareness campaigns.

  • Inspiring the broader community to make sustainable choices.

🚀 What we organize:

  • Workshops & Q&As on eco-friendly cleaning and washing.

  • Local actions in Rotterdam and Schiedam (clean-up drives, recycling days).

  • Online challenges with rewards in the Eco-Box Club.
