Competition rules "Eco Competition 'Start Green'"
1. General provisions
1.1. The organizer of the competition "Eco Competition 'Begin Green'" is WilczeK Enterprises, owner of the websiteeco -box .nl , located at Schiedamseweg 220B, 3025AN Rotterdam, The Netherlands. Contact: contact @eco -box .nl .
2. Duration of the competition
2.1. The Contest begins on December 4, 2024 and ends on December 31, 2024 at 11:59 PM.
3. Conditions of participation
3.1. A participant in the competition can be any natural person who has reached the age of 18.
3.2. To participate in the competition, a purchase of at least 10 euros (excluding shipping costs) is required on the websiteeco -box .nl during the competition period.
3.3. The order must be completed and paid before the end of the competition period.
4. Competition rules
4.1. Any participant who meets the conditions mentioned in point 3 will automatically participate in the competition.
4.2. A participant can participate in the competition multiple times by making multiple purchases that meet the competition conditions.
5. Determination of the winners
5.1. The winners will be determined by drawing lots among all participants who meet the competition conditions.
5.2. The draw will take place on January 3, 2025 .
5.3. Three prizes will be awarded in the competition:
- 1st prize : A one-year subscription to one of the four available boxes oneco -box .nl .
- 2nd prize : A voucher worth 50 euros to spendat eco-box.nl .
- 3rd prize : A voucher worth 30 euros to spendat eco-box.nl .
6. Announcement of results and receipt of prizes
6.1. The results of the competition will be announced on 3 January 2025 oneco -box .nl and via an email message to the winners.
6.2. The winners will receive their prizes within 2-3 days after the announcement of the results, via an email with details on how to receive the prize.
7. Prices
7.1. The prizes cannot be exchanged for cash or other products.
7.2. The vouchers awarded for the 2nd and 3rd prize are valid for one year from the date of receipt and can be used for all products available oneco -box .nl .
8. Personal data
8.1. The participants in the competition agree to the processing of their personal data by the Organizer to the extent necessary for the execution of the competition, the determination of the winners and the delivery of the prizes.
8.2. The personal data of the participants will be processed in accordance with applicable data protection legislation.
9. Final provisions
9.1. The regulations are available throughout the competition period ateco -box .nl .
9.2. The Organizer reserves the right to make changes to the regulations during the competition period, provided that this does not lead to a worsening of the conditions of participation.
9.3. In matters not governed by these regulations, the relevant provisions of Dutch law shall apply.
9.4. Decisions of the Organizer are final and not subject to appeal.
